A 3–4 week summer leadership programme in Ghana for students aged 14–19, with hands-on team projects in leadership, teamwork, and innovation.

Yes. The programme is fully supervised, with experienced mentors, educators, and community leaders guiding and supporting students throughout in a structured environment.

Students receive a Portfolio of Evidence showcasing their project work and impact. This includes proof of funds raised, community endorsements, media documentation, and validated outcomes such as admissions and scholarship narratives.

Accommodation, meals, transport, flight, visa, insurance and fieldwork.

Refund terms, including non-refundable fees, are outlined in the enrolment agreement.

Applications are open for limited cohorts to maintain global selectivity.
